This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of a customer's account to ensure that customer needs are being met.
This position will also be responsible for managing the company's accounts and ensuring that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably in insurance, and experience in a customer-focused role.
They should be able to communicate effectively with customers and build long-term relationships.
The goal is to help our customers get the coverage they need, when they need it.
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a customer's account (insurance, billing, claims) Communicate effectively with customers Build long-term relationships with customers Help determine customer needs and address them effectively Manage the company's accounts and ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations Skills & Qualifications Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative or similar role (2 years minimum) Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer service orientation and ability to respond to customer queries in a timely manner Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; prioritize work; follow up; meet deadlines; take direction; learn new skills; adapt quickly; think creatively; solve problems; follow instructions; work well with others.
Pleasant disposition Skills & Qualifications Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance licenses will be required for start date (not needed just to apply) Job Type:
