Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as Team Leader Foster Parent Recruiting .
This role will add value to the company by adding leadership to the Recruiting Team for Ohio and Kentucky.

Leadership and Staff Development Hire, train, retain, and supervise recruiters in multiple offices and states Help build out and implement new functions of the CRM Complete individual performance scorecards and review with staff quarterly and provide feedback Analyze activity and performance data using the CRM to make territory and staff changes when necessary Customer Relationship Management Conduct market analysis to develop and implement territory lead generation plans Prioritize leads including referrals and inquiries as to the likelihood of completion Leverage progressive sales tactics to nurture from prospect to close Mine existing and prospective parents for referrals Serve as a consultant to prospective foster parents from diverse backgrounds and perspectives Establish the Necco brand as a leader in foster care by educating the community and related organizations at events Build relationships with foster parents, local businesses, news media, churches, community organizations, business leaders, and legislative members.
Collaborate with Home Resource Coordinators in order to best serve the interest of prospects and foster parents Use data to collaborate with staff, foster parents, and community-based influencers to develop and implement ongoing recruitment methods and tactics Ensure the CRM reflects accurate and timely data regarding leads/opportunities and activities Corporate Citizen Practice Ruthless Pragmatism Engage in peer to peer feedback Know and Live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles Embody the 3 essential virtues of Humble, Hungry and Smart Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure Position Qualifications 21 years of age High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred 2
years experience in sales leadership and/or current Necco Recruiter Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with the drive to improve personally and professionally Valid drivers license 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage Obtain the training necessary for this role Willingness to travel up to 50% Successful completion of all required criminal background checks Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
