Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Cincinnati area.
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility.

Key
Responsibilities:
Forklift Operation:
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products.
Shipping/Receiving:
Oversee and manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for accuracy, and maintaining proper documentation.
Inventory Control:
Conduct regular cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Order Processing:
Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all products are handled, stored, and shipped according to company standards and industry regulations.
Organization:
Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and assist in tasks as needed.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including forklift operation.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including the use of shipping software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Forklift certification is a plus.
