Project Estimator

The Project Estimator will calculate costs of projects based on blueprints and/or specifications for our Interiors Group.
Responsibilities Include:
Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basisPrepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projectsObtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliersPrepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customersQualifications Include:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years estimating experience preferredIntermediate MS Excel knowledgeStrong candidates may have previous experience in interior design, project management, construction and/or engineering.
