We need Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Boonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Union, KY .

$26 to $30 Per Hour, PLUS additional $2 Teamwork Differential
You ll Be Responsible For:

Providing direct LPN nursing care
Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
Attending required in-service trainings and educational events
You ll Need To Have:

Current Kentucky LPN (Licensed Practical nurse) certification
Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
